Glenn and Jacqueline were absolutely fantastic. We had a couple of video calls in advance of them sitting and met them the day before we left, to show them the house and to give them the opportunity to meet Timberland.
Unfortunately, just before we left Timberland was attacked by another cat and had a bad cut on her leg. She had some antiseptic spray that needed to be administered a few times a day. Timber also became quite reluctant to go outside and wee-ed on the carpet a couple of times. Something she has never done before. Glenn and Jacqueline took this in their stride and gave her the spray and contacted us regarding her toileting. They were not phased by the issues at all. They went and bought cat litter for which we reimbursed them and then we communicated with them about sending various things via Amazon to make sure timberland didn’t wee inside again.
The other unexpected issue was the gales that hit the UK which broke a couple of large branches from our fruit trees and blew over our runner beam frame. Once again they contacted us and although I said they didn’t need to deal with them they said they were very happy to sort everything out. They completely cleared up the broken trees and fixed the runner beam frame. We were very impressed with how proactive they were.
Glenn and Jacqueline sent us photos and videos every day which was lovely. The house and garden were really well looked after. They harvested lots of fruit and veg and even prepared and froze some veg for us. When they left the house they left us milk eggs and bread which was lovely of them.
Overall I would highly recommend Glenn and Jacqueline as house sitters. They are extremely professional, really experienced and a lovely couple. Having them in our house meant we felt confident that Timberland would be well cared for and could have a relaxing holiday.

Jacqueline and Glenn looked after my house and my cats for two weeks this July. My male cat is sweet but very shy and scared of everything. They still managed to maintain a relationship of trust with him, so that he ate well, which is a problem with him. And when I came home, he was particularly serene and fit. The little female, who tends to put on weight, hadn’t gained an ounce. In short, they are pros! Able to adapt to all your animals’ needs.

The house was immaculate, it and the garden looked better than when they came. We thank them for going above and beyond.

Glenn and Jacqueline have housesat for us now on two occasions . 
On both occasions we were away overseas for 6 weeks. During that time Jacqueline and Glenn looked after our Maltese girl Bella , and our home. 
Communication was easy from the start with a FaceTime conversation and then a visit. 
We found Jacqueline and Glenn to be very professional and personable who took our housesit very seriously. They provided us with a form to detail as much information as we could regarding the pet care required for our dog and specific information about our home including a maintenance schedule for our pool and gardens. 
Glenn and Jacqueline provided updates and photos and videos while we were away which gave us peace of mind. At the end of the Housesit our home was left in a cleaned, fresh and tidy manner. The lawns were mowed and the gardens were neat and tidy. 
Bella was happy when we arrived home and looked relaxed.  
We have no hesitation  in recommending Jacqueline and Glenn to anyone searching for mature and active housesitters who will respect your home and genuinely care for your pets.

Jacqueline returned to look after Nipper again – this time as a solo house sitter (as Glenn was globetrotting).
We had a more flexible arrangement for this sit as I was away for much of 3 weeks working although back in between trips. Jacqueline navigated that with elegance and patience for my ever changing diary.
As always, Jacqueline looked after my home as if it were her own, and cared for my dog in the same manner. Keeping Nipper’s routines so that she could be the least disrupted by my absence.
In the moments where we shared space in between my trips, I find Jacquline to be inspirational in her story telling and sharing of experiences – thoroughly great company.
So, whether you are lucky enough to meet with both Jacqueline and Glenn together or Jacqueline offers time as a single sitter – you are sure to be leaving your home and your beloved pets in the best possible hands!

Glenn and Jacqueline are the premier league of house sitters. They were simply wonderful with our home and our dog, Twig and cat, Bill.
During their stay Twig required some treatment at the vets which they dealt with on our behalf, keeping us well informed with his progress and administering medication as required. Jacqueline continued Twig’s training and he is now a frisbee pro thanks to her amazing dedication! Our neighbours couldn’t wait to tell us how much care and effort Glenn and Jacqueline had shown our pets.
As to the house and garden – on our return the house was immaculate and the garden had been transformed. The handovers either side of the sit were great interactions. We had an amazing trip knowing that our home and pets were in safe hands.
Glenn and Jacqueline are warm, professional and caring. We simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jacqueline and Glenn looked after our two cats, Marilyn and Leo, for a month in Pontevedra, Spain.  They are excellent communicators and wonderful petsitters with loads of experience who clearly enjoy caring for animals.  
Our two cats took to them immediately.  Marilyn has long hair and needs to be brushed daily.  She also has to take medication on a daily basis.  We could tell from the photos and videos they sent us of them that they were extremely happy and comfortable with Jacqueline and Glenn.  
On top of taking such good care of our fur babies our house was immaculate upon our return.  
We highly recommend Jacqueline and Glenn if you need reliable, trustworthy pet sitters who will take excellent care of your pets.

Glenn and Jacqueline house sat for us in December 2023, and looked after our two dogs, Runí and Caro. Glenn and Jacqueline are well travelled but this was their first time in Brazil.
Glenn and Jacqueline proved to be experienced house sitters and were comfortable dealing with the typical things that might crop up during a house sit. They are both personable and conscientious. They took time to understand our needs and to familiarise themselves with the house and the dogs, even having their own pre-visit questionnaire to obtain the information they needed for the house sit. We also set up a Whatsapp group to keep in touch during the house sits – primarily to deal with any problems or queries that might arise. Glenn and Jacqueline were also good about keeping us informed about progress and to send photos of the dogs and their latest antics.
The house was well looked after. Glenn and Jacqueline kept us informed of any issues arising. More importantly, Glenn and Jacqueline were very conscientious about looking after our dogs. They clearly have a good rapport with animals and looked after them well. They took Caro for daily walks along the local beach – which he greatly appreciated!
We are happy to recommend Glenn and Jacqueline as house sitters. Your house and pets will be in safe hands.

This is the second house sit that Glenn & Jacqueline have done for us and, as before, we were very happy to have them care for our home and our various pets (and foster cats!). They are both lovely people, very committed to the responsibilities of house sitting and very obviously caring and loving of our pets. This is so important for us as it means we can be away with the peace of mind of knowing that everything at home is going to be OK! The house was immaculate when we returned and the animals were all very happy to see us, but I suspect missed Glenn and Jacqueline too!

It was so lovely that they wanted to know everything about Nipper’s routine so that they could keep her connected to her furry pals while I wasn’t here. Nipper was clearly really happy in their company and enjoyed her adventures with them!
Glenn and Jacqueline are also consummate house guests – it was like they’d not been here at all! Everything was where I left it and in ship shape order.
It was also really lovely to spend some time with them both pre and post my trip – Glenn and Jacqueline are fascinating folk with really interesting pasts and passions. It was good to connect on a human level with great people. I hope that they choose to come to Edinburgh again at some point to Nipper sit, in the meantime I would have no hesitation at all about recommending them to anyone else looking for a house and pet sitting service.

Glenn and Jacqueline are the dream. They are very experienced house-sitters so they know exactly what to ask before arriving and what to do when there. We had no qualms at all about leaving our home and our elderly cat with them. They sent regular messages whilst we were away (but never too many), fixed our SKY box recording function, mowed the lawn , watered all the plants and were up to welcome us back on our return. This was the first time we had used house-sitters and the first time that we had left our puppy with anyone outside the family, and we could not be happier with the love and care that Glenn and Jacqueline took of both our 11 month old spaniel and our house. As first timers, it is a bit strange to be handing over the care of your home and much loved pets to essentially a stranger, but Glenn and Jacqueline made the whole process so easy and straightforward and gave us complete confidence. Our puppy was so well cared for, exercised probably more than he is usually, and Glenn and Jacqueline sent us lots of pictures to reassure us.

Glenn and Jacqueline were an easy selection; quick to respond to the listing of our sit, they maintained contact while we discussed the complexities of arriving in Greece during the Orthodox Easter holidays.
They took everything in their stride and, on arrival, proved to be the experienced and professional housesitters we were looking for. They are easy going and friendly but with a commitment to understand the quirks of a house that is not their own. Their arrival two days before our own departure, gave us an opportunity to get to know one another and explain those elements of the house that are not readily included in either the profile or the welcome pack.
They looked after the house and garden brilliantly, going above and beyond in that they carried out some pruning and tidying of plants – and also placed cut flowers in the kitchen for our return.
The cats were very happy with the care and attention they received.
We had a brief crossover with them on our return and returned home to salad, meat and milk in the fridge to set us up for lunch after an overnight flight.
All in all, Glenn and Jacqueline were wonderful housesitters and we hope that they will find time to return for another visit.

Juliet is a hypersensitive cat who can be difficult for us to manage let alone strangers. They worked through with her and succeeded in winning her over. We love our animals, plants and home and we have returned to healthy, well cared-for pets, thriving garden and a lovely clean house. We were very fortunate to secure Jacqui & Glenn for a second time in September 2021 for our trip to Tasmania. I think our 3 fur babies were equally chuffed to see them both again!
Like most people trying to book a holiday during these mad Covid times our plans kept changing and Jacqui & Glenn were flexible and understanding and above all else were great in keeping in touch in the lead up.
If you are a first timer when it comes to having House sitters then let us assure you that if you are lucky enough to get Jacqui & Glenn you will have a great experience and have all your expectations exceeded. We came home (again) to a house that was sparkling clean, dinner in the fridge and happy & contented cats.
We were hesitant to write this testimonial for fear of spiking the demand for their services (lol) but are none the less trying to coerce them into another sit later in 2022.
Would we recommend them ?…..absolutely, and without hesitation – your experience will be awesome!

Both have caring personalities and we could tell immediately that they were just the right people to help us have a ‘dog free holiday’. Glenn and Jacqueline have been amazing from our very first contact. It was immediately apparent to us that they were very experienced house sitters which put my mind at ease for leaving our two geriatric Labradors in their care for 2 weeks.
They went above and beyond to make sure they understood the care needs of our boys – including feeding; walks; and medication needs. Even when our brown Labrador had a night-time ‘accident’ Glenn and Jacqueline adapted and problem solved ways to still provide loving care to our fur baby. The house was immaculate, and Glenn even mowed our lawn whilst we were away – despite us telling him there was no need.
We returned home for one night between our two separate stays – for which the pair planned a BBQ for us and accommodated our coming home. Once again demonstrating their flexibility in accommodating to our ever changing holiday plans.
It been a delight getting to know GIenn and Jacqueline and we would highly recommend them both for any house sits that you might need for the future. They are easy going; reliable; flexible with their time and above all extremely experienced in caring for our home and our fur babies.

Glenn & Jacqueline came and house sat for us for 5 weeks while we went away for a holiday in our caravan. We live in an apartment with 2 ageing dogs, who are used to getting their exercise. It was no problem for them to walk them twice a day and take them on their outings to the beach or to the park. They kept in regular contact with us notifying us of any mail that may need attention, as well as pics updating us on the well-being of the dogs. We came back to a spotless apartment with freshly mowed grass and lush garden. They made sure our dogs got their medications and they were freshly washed upon our return. I have no hesitation in recommending Glenn & Jacqueline for any house sit they want to do. They have years of experience and come fully prepared for any emergency that may arise.

Our arrival home coincided with Brisbane’s snap Covid lockdown, so Glenn and Jacqueline stayed with us for an extra 3 days. Couldn’t have asked for better iso-housemates, as we thoroughly enjoy their company. We do hope they can come back to us again!

Glenn & Jacqueline were originally going to sit for us back in March for our trip to Europe which didn’t eventuate. Fortunately we kept in touch and were really pleased to secure their services for our recent break.
This was our first time with house sitters and back when we originally listed our interest we were inundated with respondents. We fairly quickly short listed Glenn & Jacqueline and were fortunate to meet Glenn prior to our planned trip in March which really put us at ease.
The whole process was very easy and Glenn kept us updated in the lead up to our trip. Glenn & Jacqueline arrived the day before as agreed which was great as it gave us the opportunity to discuss the little nuances that every house (and Pet – in our case 3 Cats) has.
Overall I have to say that our expectations were well and truly exceeded in every respect – our Cats were happy and settled, our house was cleaner than when we left, the lawns were mowed and lunch was ready for our return.
We have no hesitation in recommending Glenn & Jacqueline (other than making them too sought after!) to anyone who looking for house sitters and particularly if it is your first time. We are already planning our next break and hopefully we will be able to secure them.

I wish Glenn and Jacqueline could move in permanently. They were absolutely wonderful. From the first email to beyond they have been magnificent. We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to meet Glenn and Jacqueline before the sit. They left us with really comprehensive questionnaires regarding the needs of our dog, what to do in any emergencies, the particulars of our house etc. From those – my confidence was high as it was evident that they really know what they are doing. They joined us the evening before our departure, and were amazingly helpful in assisting us to get the final bits and pieces ready for our trip – and taking us to our departure point.
Jacqueline is definitely an “animal whisperer”. Our dog was just so content and happy to be with her. Our dog was shown so much love and attention – she was so calm and content (and quite a bit fitter) on our return. Glenn and Jacqueline communicated with us according to the regularity we had asked for, and were incredibly responsive when we contacted them. The most AMAZING experience was arriving home from our holiday with the house completely spotless from top to bottom, the garden looking better than it’s ever been, all of the beds freshly laundered and made, and an incredibly happy dog. I would recommend Glenn and Jacqueline to anyone, and in fact, will be asking them to come back if ever they’re in Brisbane again.

Glenn and Jacqueline sat for us for a little over 4 weeks. They were amazing. They were attentive to the needs of our “fur babies”, as well as our wild creatures, and were mindful of Sasha’s needs as an older dog. When we confirmed them as our sitters, they asked us to fill in a detailed questionnaire about our property, the animals etc. This gave them a broader knowledge base in case of any unexpected event. They sent us pics of the animals and stayed in contact throughout our holiday. At the end of the sit, they cleaned the house thoroughly, as well as the therapy cottage. They tidied the garden, and mowed the grass. WOW.
I had to return home the evening before we were due to arrive due to a health crisis that my partner suffered that day. Glenn and Jacqueline were so kind and caring as I waited for news from the hospital. Their support and understanding helped enormously. They have called me since they left to enquire about the outcome. Fortunately all is OK. Thank you so much. Glenn and Jacqueline are true professionals at housesitting, as well as fantastic human beings. If they agree to sit for you, you are blessed.

This is the second time that we have used the Aussie Lambs, and when diaries permit, we intend to keep using them in the future. Our 12 and 8 year old, high maintenance, chocolate Labradors clearly enjoyed their time while we were away and we were able to relax on holiday safe in the knowledge that they, our fish, chickens and house in general were in good hands. We came back to find that our fruit trees had been professionally pruned, our house was clean and tidy, and Jacqueline had cooked us a wonderful lasagna for dinner.

Glenn and Jacqueline have just completed their second sit for us and are just fabulous. They are so professional and cared for our pets and home as if it were their own. As they were in Edinburgh on another sit before ours they came round a couple of days before we left to chat through the pet’s routines and get an update on things that had changed since they were here last year and we did the formal handover the morning we left to go holiday.
When we returned the house was immaculate. We’d invited Glenn and Jacqueline to stay an extra night before their journey to France for their next sit and Jacqueline cooked us a delicious meal which was wonderful as we’d both gone straight back to work that day and it was lovely to spend some time getting to know each other a bit more.

This was the second time we’ve had Glenn & Jacqui Lamb care for our Jack Russell X and our home in Edinburgh. Of all the Housesitters we’ve had (and we do travel quite regularly!) they really do stand out as the best! They cleaned things up, staked our tomatoes, and even popped some marigolds in! Really impressive and much appreciated! Needless to say, we would welcome the Lambs back any time. This was the third time Glenn and Jacqueline stayed at our house and took care of it and our 4 cats. They arrived 2 days before we departed for our month-long trip in May/June 2019. So, we had enough time to update them with any changes in an around the house. We started our holiday without any worries as we had left everything in safe hand as usual.
We received regular emails and photos confirming all was well and that Lola, Pedro, Moor and Max were doing fine. We were kept up to date about any problem that happened during their stay and  after discussing it with us they solved the problems themselves. The cats looked fine and relaxed and obviously had a good time. We hope Glenn and Jacqueline will come back again next year.  They take on the responsibilities very professionally, are fully trustworthy and are the perfect house guests and we became friends. We can recommend them to anyone looking for caring house and pet sitters.

They are a kind, friendly and quiet couple who clearly love animals & will make sure that they are very well looked after for you. They kept us up to date every few days with mails & photo’s of what our dogs were up to. They are easy to have around & only too willing to help with anything. We will definitely be asking them to look after our boys again.

Glenn & Jacqueline housesat for us for two weeks and looked after the house beautifully. They had to bottle feed our two orphan lambs, which was a novel experience for them and they coped fantastically. Our three pigs were also happily fed. As expert gardeners they watered and weeded our garden.

Glenn and Jacqueline stayed in our home for 10 days in March and we couldn’t be happier. We have a 6+ year old Bernese Mountain dog, a 2 year old rambunctious dog rescued from the street, a lazy and shy 10 year old Siamese cat and a crazy, and devilish small 5 year old Siamese cat. Glenn and Jacqueline took to each of them immediately and the reverse was absolutely true. The dogs got more walks than I can give them and they loved it. I warned them that they may never see the older shy Siamese because she is always hiding with strangers, Within two days, she was allowing them to pet her and, in fact, started coming into their bedroom for more pets.
We were very lucky in that they arrived a day and a half before we left, so we not only got to show them the “pet routines” but we got to spend some social time with them, also. They are absolutely wonderful and we would always go to them for any pet sitting needs.
We liked them so much that we told them that “our home is their home” any time they want to visit San Miguel.

Dara and Gar ~ Patzcuaro, Mexico   (February 2019)

Jacqueline and Glenn stayed at our house in Patzcuaro, Mexico for 2 weeks in February 2019 while we were in Oaxaca. They took excellent care of our kitty Frisco as well as the house. They arrived a couple of days early, which gave us time to familiarize them with the quirks of the house and the cat. When we left, we felt very comfortable knowing Frisco was in good hands.
They were very affectionate with him, and when we returned he was obviously fond of them! Before the house sit, the questionnaire Glenn asked us to fill out was thorough and professional. Before, during, and after the house sit, communication was easy and efficient. They’ve had a lot of experience! We’d be very happy to have Jacqueline and Glenn stay at our house again in the future.
They were conscientious, capable, and trustworthy, also fun people to become acquainted with! We would recommend them without hesitation.

This was our first time using this site. We recently moved to Mexico and have a senior dog that needed daily medication and is deaf. We also have a 7 year old dog. Both needed to be on strict diets. We wanted Glenn and Jaqueline to come a bit early to get acquainted with the house, dogs, our town and meet our vet in case of emergency.
We felt very good leaving them on our long trip. As it turned out they did have to take the younger dog to the vet.
We received daily updates on everyone per our request which made our vacation worry free. Everything was great when we got back home.
We would highly recommend them to anyone. I would have them back to house sit in a heartbeat.

Glenn and Jacqueline took care of our home and pets for 4 weeks this past Oct./Nov. while we went to the Far East.
They arrived 2 days early — a great plan and recommended — which gave us a chance to really show them around our communities and get to know them better.
The Lambs are a lovely couple…fun to be with and very responsible and thoughtful.
They came prepared with their own check list of questions regarding the house, grounds and of course our three furry kids (2 medium sized rescues and one pure-bred, 10-pound toy poodle) which we reviewed in detail.
They spent most of their time at the house, using the car to get around for local shopping, etc. The dogs LOVED them both. The toy poodle, who was a one-person-pet (me) is no longer, having decided to sleep at night with Jacqueline and who stuck like glue to her during the day.
They were very conscientious about the 2 bigger sisters, taking them for two walks daily and also to our dog park where the dogs were able to romp and run off their energy.
We definitely recommend the Lambs to others. You will find them very reliable, communicative and proactive.

In our first year of using house sitters we have had nothing but good experiences, but our experience with Glenn and Jacqui has been outstanding to say the least! They are super organised and made sure that absolutely everything was covered before we left and they even organised a visit to come and see us before our trip to get acquainted with our home, dog and daily routine.
While we were away they kept in touch with dog pics (very good ones!) and of the flowers blooming in our garden which they had obviously been taking great care of! They even rescued us in an Airbnb emergency which took place at our holiday rental just down the street – Absolute angels!
But the best thing of all about our experience was coming home from our long trip to a very happy and well exercised dog (who according to the neighbors was very regularly seen out on walks) as well as a sparkling clean home. I’ve never seen our place so clean! (They even cleaned our daughters’ bedrooms which they didn’t even use!) As an extra touch they also made sure we had fresh bread, milk, eggs and even strawberries and pancakes for our girls’ breakfast…. wow!
Clearly we have been nothing short of delighted with Glenn and Jacqui and couldn’t recommend them enough as Housesitters. If you are lucky enough to get them for your next sit, we can assure you’ve hit the jackpot.

Glenn and Jacqueline have just finished a week sit for us and were fantastic from start to finish. They looked after our spaniel Robbie, cat Pippa, three hens and five fish, so a bit of a menagerie. Robbie gets four walks a day and the other pets need attention and feeding, cleaning up after etc. and this was all no trouble for Glenn and Jacqueline who clearly love all animals.
When we chose Glenn and Jacqueline we exchanged emails then had a face to face Skype chat so we felt we got to know each other a little more. There was an added complication because we had a sitter for our first week of holiday who had to do the handover to Glenn and Jacqueline for the second week but they took this in their stride and kept in contact with us to reassure that everything was fine.
While we were away they kept us up to date with how the sit was going and a few photos of the pets which was lovely. When we returned home the house was immaculate and the pets had clearly been well looked after.
We would be delighted to have Glenn and Jacqueline sit for us again and have already started to think about dates for next summer. We would have no hesitation recommending them as sitters. Thank you Glenn and Jacqueline

Glenn & Jacqueline looked after our Samoyed and home from 19th to 26th June 2018. They arrived the day before we went on holiday and left the day after we returned, which enabled us to show them our home and see them interact with our dog. They are a lovely couple and very professional and we went on holiday feeling very comfortable that our precious dog would be well looked after. They kept us updated whilst on holiday with messages and pictures and we returned home to a very happy pooch and our home was clean, tidy and had been well cared for. We would have no hesitation in recommending Glenn & Jacqueline and would be very happy if they were able to look after our boy and home again.

Glenn and Jacqueline were fabulous. We have elderly animals who needed much care; medicine, pampering and slow walks, and Glenn and Jacqueline were beautiful with them. They also looked after all of our house needs, from collecting mail to immaculate cleaning and maintaining. Our home has never been so clean and tidy (including the car). Glenn and Jacqueline also kept us informed, sent photos and videos of the animals, and communicated as needed throughout their stay. We found them trustworthy, communicative, reliable and honest. They came to our home prior to the house sit, to meet us and to meet our animals, and were very professional and organised, and inquisitive about how we wanted our home and animals cared for. We were very confident that we made the right choice to have Glenn and Jacqueline house sit for us. Thank you to you both for showing such care to our home and our fur kids! (We think they miss you!). We highly recommend Glenn and Jacqueline and hope to meet them again.

The decision to head away for a holiday was not the easiest to make given that I had two furkids to consider leaving behind for an extended period. Since I was looking at a holiday with a group of friends, this narrowed who I could leave my pets with, and it soon became apparent that my main option would be to board them in a kennel which I wasn’t keen to do.

I had often read Glenn and Jacqui’s posts on Facebook regarding their travels and adventures since packing up and leaving Australia for a life of housesitting, thinking to myself what a great way to see the world. When I saw a post from them indicating that they were going to be back in Australia at the time as my holiday and were looking for housesitting opportunities, I thought what great luck and immediately contacted them to see if they would be interested in looking after my two furkids and the house.

Having known Glenn and Jacqui for many years previously through both work and youth group did make the choice considerably easier to make, and certainly after reading their “Theaussielambs” website I could think of few I would be more comfortable with to care for my girls.

Leading up to my departure we had a Skype chat where we both addressed expectations of the sit, following this Glenn and Jacqui provided a very detailed questionnaire to fill out which would enable them to look after both the house and the dogs. The questionnaire covered such things as details of the dogs and their habits, feeding, vet details, who to contact in the event of emergencies, house and car insurance details, where to find items in the home, what could and couldn’t be used, local amenities, etc. It was very in depth and showed many things I just took for granted, however what it did do was cross all the t’s and dot all the i’s for Glenn and Jacquis’ stay to be pleasant with no hidden uncertainties.

The day before I left we went through the questionnaire together, they met my girls, took additional side notes and we had time to take the dogs on a walk around the neighbourhood.

Upon my return, I was greeted by my furkids who had been spoiled rotten with multiple walks each day and a home that was left in perfect order as I had left it. That evening Jacqueline prepared a beautiful meal that included some great home made pumpkin soup.

While away I was fully able to relax and enjoy myself, and not worry about the girls or the house, as I knew it was in good hands. I could not have been happier with Glenn and Jacquis’ professionalism with the house sit and would highly recommend them to anyone worldwide to use their services.

Glenn and Jacqueline house sat in March and looked after our boys, Golden Retriever ‘Bailey’ and our elderly bitzer, ‘Sam’. Hearing of their previous sits, we were very confident in leaving our home and dogs in their care. During their sit, we were regularly updated with photos and videos of our dogs, and our dogs loved it. They got plenty of walks, and trips to the beach. I’d like to think our dogs missed us, but honestly, they seemed to enjoy their carers attention.
Our home was spotless upon our arrival home, dogs happy and everything as it should be.
Glenn and Jacqueline truly cared for our boys, and gave them the best love and attention anyone could have asked for.
Hoping, we can ask them again in the future to sit, and would genuinely recommend them.

Two beautiful people who have made us extremely happy. We can now go on holidays anytime knowing our two girls (Mindy & Lilly) will be walked, fed, brushes, loved and cared for 24 hours a day by two loving people.When we arrived home, the house and garden were immaculate, roses on the table. Our dogs said “hello” and then they went back to Glenn and Jacqueline for more cuddles. It can’t get any better than this.

We recently had Glenn and Jacqueline stay in our home in Singapore and take care of our plants and fish. The sit was for a few days while we were away on holidays during Chinese New Year. Glenn and Jacqueline made it easy and comfortable from the beginning. We were in regular contact through Skype, emails, and messages before, during and after the sit. They were very friendly and I enjoyed talking with them. We would be extremely happy to have them sit for us again. They left the place spotless which was lovely to come home to after being away and the plants looked great and the fish were happy. I highly recommend them to anyone, even though they had a good reputation, they still exceeded our expectations.

We arranged with Jacqueline and Glenn to stay in our house in Chiang Mai for 8 days at the end of January 2018, including caring for our 2 cats. This was the second sit they have done for us.

The day before we left, one of our cats went missing and we had to leave Glenn and Jacqui with the task of scouring the neighbourhood and putting up flyers about our missing cat. Unfortunately, Jacqui found our girl deceased about 2 days later. Jacqui and Glenn contacted us and were very sympathetic dealing with us and the loss of our cat. Glenn arranged to bury her in a favourite part of our yard and Jacqui even went out and purchased living plants to put on the grave. They certainly went above and beyond what should have been required of them in a very stressful time for us and for them. It is probably the worst possible event that could occur for housesitters to have to deal with, but they dealt with it calmly, efficiently and with empathy. We cannot thank them enough for what they did to lessen the stress for us.

Our other cat, Jack, just adores Jacqui and Glenn. He has been cared for by them previously and he went straight to them when they came to us the day before we left.

We would certainly recommend Glenn and Jacqueline to anybody looking for competent house and pet sitters. We will definitely use them again in the future, if they are available.
